UGH! More information: I just called our Orem, Walmart and even though they said yesterday they would price match this deal, they apparently have opted out today! 
Maybe they figured there were to many stipulations to try to tell their cashiers. Sorry! Kmart is still doing it if you want to brave Kmart! Springville also said they were not.
However, I understand Saratoga Springs is matching it, but I have not verified that! I would just call your Walmart and ask.
Kmart Super Double Coupon day UPDATED INFORMATION:
Wow, this is one you may want to jump on! This is super crazy, it’s a SUPER DOUBLE coupon day at Kmart! Kmart will be doubling coupons up to $2 on Friday 12/16! $2 coupons will be doubled to $4 off!

Here are the rules for the day:
- Limit 5 per customer per day. (Now’s the time to enlist your husband in getting a Shop Your Way Rewards card.)
- $25 minimum in drug & grocery purchase required before you can even start to double a coupon. So basically your total must be at least $25 first and after you use your double coupons it must at least be a total of $25!
- You must have your Shop Your Way Rewards card scanned for coupons to double
- $2 coupon will scan for $4 off for Shop Your Way Rewards members only. So basically $2 coupons = $4 off.
- If you purchase an items that is $3 and use a $2 coupon doubled to $4 you will only get $3 off. They will not pay overage. Amount of credit from doubling a coupon cannot exceed the current retail price of a single item. No cash or in-store purchase credit will be awarded for any amount exceeding the retail price of the item.
- All purchases over $50 will get a FREE $5 Kmart gift card (regional).
- You can also get a Prescription Transfer Coupon. For every new or transferred prescription to Kmart, get a $10 Kmart gift card (ask pharmacist for the coupon to scan). You could end up making money and walking out with tons of Free items this Friday!
Here are the stores from what I can tell that are participating. However, Kmart’s individual stores are notorious for not knowing, so I would just call your store and check to make sure. Apparently the event is showing up on the bottom of Kmart receipts but the stores are saying they are not participating. So your mileage may vary. Some store that are not showing up on the list are also double couponing so I would call your local store and make sure. I did call my local Kmart in Provo, UT and they are participating.

Another option is to PRICE MATCH THE EVENT AT WALMART (Utah County, UT only)
Now in the past when Kmart has had double coupon events our Walmart (in Orem, UT) has price matched the event. It is possible that the other Walmarts in Utah County do too. I did call my Walmart in Orem, UT and they will “price match” the event.
Now your mileage may vary on this and you are going to have to be patient with this deal. I’m sure what is going to happen is that your cashier might not know about it at the beginning of the day. They will have to call a manager and that manger will probably call Kmart to verify the event. If you go at the end of the day, you might find that less of a problem.
I would assume the same rules will apply as far as you will need to have a total of $25 after you are done double couponing. At Walmart though, I’m sure that won’t be a problem! You will probably also be limited to the 5 coupons as well. However, in the past with Walmart you are able to get overage on the coupons to be used toward your other purchases.
